La première édition du FESTIVAL AFRO URBAIN - AFRO URBAN FEST de la Maison d’Haïti, au
Centre des Arts de la Maison d'Haïti - CAMH
, sous le thème "TRACES ET PRESENCES", se tiendra du vendredi 25 au dimanche 27 janvier 2019. Présentera plusieurs artistes issus de la diversité et de diverses disciplines artistiques passant par : les arts visuels, le cinéma, la musique, la mode, la danse ainsi que la littérature.

lle a en autre collaborer avec la maison d’édition Mémoire d'Encrier et le Centre International de Documentation et d’Information Haïtienne, Caribéenne et Afro-Canadienne (CIDIHCA) un organisme du domaine cinématographique et littéraire qui permet de faire rayonner la littérature et cinema d'auteur de la diaspora Africaine.
The first edition of the FESTIVAL AFRO URBAIN - AFRO URBAN FEST of
the Maison d’Haiti, at the Centre des Arts de la Maison d'Haïti - CAMH
(Maison d’Haiti’s Arts Center), under the theme "TRACES ET PRÉSENCES" (TRAILS AND PRESENCE). An open program over three days to the Montreal public.
A family festival that caters to a wide audience, it has in collaboration with the publishing house Memory of Inkwell (d’édition Mémoire d'Encrier) and the International Center for Documentation and Information Haitian, Caribbean and African-Canadian (CIDIHCA) an organization of cinematographic and literary domain that allows to shine the literature and independent cinema of the African diaspora.
Several artists from diverse artistic disciplines through: visual arts, film, music, fashion, dance and literature will attend.
Afro Urban Fest will be held from Friday January 25 to Sunday January 27 2019.
